Torre Europa, the Group's operational headquarters, obtains the LEED Gold certificate.

Since 1985 Torre Europa has been part of the heart of Madrid's financial district. It is one of the most emblematic and tallest towers in this business center (the seventh in the capital), with a height of 121 meters. After its recent renovation, thanks to the technological update, it can boast of being one of the smartest buildings in the world. Since it began its activity in 1985, it has been a multi-tenant building with top-level national and international companies.

Torre Europa is the seventh tallest tower in the Spanish capital and after the technological update during its recent renovation it has become one of the smartest skyscrapers in the world. This reform has earned them the distinction of the Council of Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH for its acronym in English) that has awarded Torre Europa with the 2019 prize for the best high-rise building renovation. In addition, Torre Europa has obtained the LEED Gold certificate in its rehabilitation process, which recognizes buildings that have incorporated sustainable and high-efficiency criteria in their operation and maintenance.

LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) is a sustainable building certification system, developed by the US Green Building Council. It is made up of a set of rules on the use of strategies aimed at sustainability in buildings of all kinds. It is based on the incorporation in the project of aspects related to energy efficiency, the use of alternative energies, the improvement of indoor environmental quality, the efficiency of water consumption, the sustainable development of the open spaces of the plot and the selection of materials.

Since March 2019, the Black Panther E&M Group has established its strategic headquarters and operations at the national and international level in Torre Europa, with the aim of offering higher quality to our clients, a strategy focused on the complete development of the industry and a more corporate and renewed image, in line with the Group's recent re-branding. In this way, Torre Europa joins the other operational, business and / or representation headquarters that the Group has in San Sebastián de los Reyes (Madrid), Granada, Valencia and Los Angeles.
