The Spanish media group has acquired 60% of Diecisiete Contenidos, a company dedicated to audiovisual production for advertising and production services, becoming the majority shareholder. The Black Panther Group has carried out the acquisition operation of a shareholding package equivalent to 60% of the company Diecisiete Contenidos. To date, the Group maintained a percentage of minority participation. Diecisiete Contenidos is an advertising audiovisual service and production company, with extensive experience in international work and exponential growth in recent years in Europe, Latin America and the United Arab Emirates. Its main specialty is aerial audiovisual production, with its own pilots and those authorized by the State Aviation Safety Agencies. Through this M&A agreement, the Group intends to strengthen its portfolio of services for the industry, as well as the audiovisual production equipment for the growing number of productions that Black Panther Films (also belonging to the Group) are making. This operation comes after a period of growth higher than expected for the Black Panther Group in the market, mainly marked by its company Black Panther Films, led by producer Ignacio R. de Medina and in charge of producing fiction and entertainment content that it faces in this 2022 more than 4 international productions. Likewise, this acquisition is part of the continuity of the company's international expansion plans, reinforcing its presence in other territories.
